How do men deal with women on their period ?

I need tips and tricks to keep them happy and to avoid arguing because of period pain. Why do women become so difficult during their period ?How do men deal with women on their period ?

During their period and the week or so right before it, some women's hormone levels rise which can cause irritability, discomfort, bloating, acne... Women think they look/feel their worst during this time and end up taking it out on everyone else...mostly men I guess...since they know other women go through it too.





It's different for every woman. Some are lucky enough to not have any symptoms and others are just plain mean and unreasonable during their periods. If possible, just avoid them for the week or so or limit your contact with them. If you're married to her, make sure you have plenty of Midol on hand. Giving her back and head massages after work is a good way to get on her good side too.
Either leave her alone, or be extra-sweet. I like to cuddle a lot, she'll feel loved that way. Or perhaps get her some flowers, or offer to bring her some pain medication, or pour her a hot bubble bath, or start a fire.
I get horrible pain and causes me to be in bed for the first day


I warn my hubby its coming so he can prepare and then knows to be more sensitive and loving

If you really want him to be happy, let him watch sports while you take pain/bloating medicine, write in your diary and cry it out...(cuz you know he's not gonna want to listen). Sorry, but that's just the way we were made.
Lock yourself away in a metal box for about a week, steel preferably. This is the only surefire way to survive... Well, at least it's your best shot.
Women are ';difficult'; because they are in pain, they are bleeding (can men even imagine having to see so much blood?), they feel ugly, they can't have sex, and... do i need to give you any more reasons? I can, but this should be enough for you to realize that you need to give your girl lots of lovin', sympathy, flowers, and don't even THINK of asking her to please you sexually until she can recieve in turn.
