I'm asking for tips, products, home-methods. I don't have a big problem, but like most men, I find it very annoying and would like to see how other men deal with this issue.

Okay... Here is what I've learned.
Shave off as much hair as possible using an electric razor.
Then use super hot water and get your face wet. I mean burning hot. And make your skin hot.
Use some, not a ton, of shaving cream (I like Gillette).
Use a fresh razor. Get some throwaways and don't use one more than twice-ish.
And when you shave do not go over an area more than ONCE. Think about how the hair grows on you face and go in the opposite direction. Make each pass count.
Wash off your face and you should be good to go.

It does get better with practise.
Also always use sharp blades and good quality lubricant, e.g. Nivea gel.
I always shave before I shower. I think the hot shower water helps.
