Guys whats with using the movie lines on females...?


I know more than one guy that uses movie quotes on females in hope of being as suave as the character that smoothly laid out the line on the films leading lady. However, it's my opinion and observation that this never works on females of substance and character unless it's menat to be a corny joke. However, I would say a solid 46% of men do use these lines seriously.





For example: ';You had me at hello'; ,';You complete me'; ,';You're like a drug to me';





What's the deal men? Be honest! We wanna know!





Please don't bother with any ';What does this have to do with marriage and divorce?'; questions or comments. most men are very uncreative, we saw a guy use it in a movie to get into some chicks pants so we figure, hey that has to work in real life too.Guys whats with using the movie lines on females...?
A lot of men either just aren't that original or figure ';hey, it worked when they said it, I'll do it, too';. It never sounds lame in their head, they only realize the awkwardness once it comes out of their mouths. I'm not saying guys are dumb, in fact in these cases, they are just trying too hard.

Usually, when around attractive women, such as yourself, most of our blood leaves our brains and heads to the lower regions. So in a pinch the only thing we can think to say, is some dumb movie line that we have retained in our memories.
My studies have indicated that a solid 4.26% of all women will fall for it. So occasionally it will work. Thats good enough to try.
