You dont have to be in a relationship to give advice to others in a realtionship. Sometimes advice with the aspect of ';someone from the outside looking in'; can be helpful regardless of relationship status...Single friends can give advice from their own experinces in previous relationship...

Cuz they are ';friends';. Doesn't matter if they are single or not.
They might have a good reason for being single.
because they are asking their friends they are asking females they know. a friend does not give advise but listens then let the other person vent. then tell the friend to make up their own mind.
because the idiots they are dating (or not) aren't open to just talking directly about the issue and it's frustrating, so we've got to vent it out and sometimes they plant little bugs in our minds.
